Jesus Santos

Jesus serves as Beacon Transitions' Community Living Manager, bringing extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults on the autism spectrum in both residential and community-based settings. Since joining Beacon Transitions in February 2025 as a Residential Advisor, he has become an integral part of helping residents build the practical skills, confidence, and independence needed for a successful transition to adulthood. He stepped into the role of Community Living Manager in July 2025 and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), continuing to expand his knowledge in evidence-based practices, positive behavior support, and autism services.

Jesus is known for his highly person-centered approach to supporting neurodivergent young adults. He has a natural ability to recognize each individual's unique strengths, interests, and motivations, then use those strengths to develop meaningful strategies that promote independence, executive functioning, community integration, and daily living skills. He also has a strong passion for nutrition and healthy living, often incorporating conversations about wellness, meal planning, and balanced habits into the individualized support he provides. His calm presence, creativity, and genuine investment in each resident help foster confidence, self-advocacy, and lasting personal growth.

Outside of Beacon, Jesus enjoys traveling, attending live music festivals, volunteering in his community, and experiencing major cultural and sporting events like the FIFA World Cup. He brings that same curiosity, openness, and appreciation for diverse experiences into his work each day, encouraging residents to explore new opportunities, build meaningful connections, and create fulfilling, independent lives within their own communities.
