Hayden Chamberlain

 Hayden Chamberlain is a senior Clinical Psychology student at Western Carolina University. Originally from Syracuse, New York, Hayden has been a resident of Charleston, South Carolina since 2014. He has been with Beacon since January of 2024, initially joining as an intern before transitioning to a Residential Advisor role.

Hayden is passionate about working with children and young adolescents and intends to specialize in Childhood Development during his graduate studies. He aims to earn both a master's degree and a PsyD. Currently, Hayden is actively engaged in an undergraduate research study under the guidance of one of his professors. Hayden is a member of the prestigious Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology and Alpha Kappa Delta, the International Honor Society of Sociology. He is also an active member of the Brinson Honors College at Western Carolina University, where he consistently demonstrates a proactive approach to his studies.

In his spare time, Hayden enjoys watching movies and television shows and socializing with friends. He has played the trumpet for over 13 years, serving as the trumpet section leader in both his high school's marching and symphonic bands. Additionally, he was a member of the Pride of the Mountains Marching Band at Western Carolina University.
