Eden Witters

Residential Advisor

Eden has been working with individuals on the autism spectrum since 2020, in a variety of behavioral healthcare settings as a direct care worker. She has a background in RBT work, horticulture therapy guiding, wilderness therapy guiding, and residential treatment mentoring. It is her passion and calling to empower others, and she loves coaching others toward meeting their goals. Eden deeply values whole-person wellness and brings this perspective to her work with Beacon residents.

Eden joined Beacon Transitions in May 2024 as a Residential Advisor and stepped into the Community Living Manager role in April 2025. She served in that leadership position until August 2025, when she transitioned into an as-needed support role. Throughout her time at Beacon, Eden has provided a variety of tools to support residents in finding their path to success, drawing from modalities such as DBT, NMT, EFT, motivational interviewing, rites of passage, and conscious discipline.

Her work has included leading weekly planning meetings, facilitating daily mindfulness practices, supporting nutrition and grocery planning, and coaching residents in independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene. Eden understands the importance of routine and repetition in helping individuals on the spectrum gain confidence and mastery in daily life. Her approach emphasizes patience, structure, and non-violent communication.
